The construction journey of taking architectural drawings from paper to reality is always filled with exciting milestones. As we move into winter, we’re delighted to share the latest updates on the first phase of North Harbour – a development that’s rapidly shaping into a distinctive community.
The roof was recently poured at Drift, the first condominium building, and the structure is now complete. This marks a significant achievement in construction progress, as work on window installation continues up the building from the lower floors. The distinctive architectural form that steps gracefully down to the water can be clearly seen, poised to welcome homeowners to soaring vistas of the North Shore.
Over at Aire, the layout of both buildings continues to take shape with suspended slabs poured up to the fifth level at Aire East and seventh level for Aire West. Along Fell Avenue, civil work is ongoing to make improvements to local infrastructure, including roads, lighting and sidewalks.
As we celebrate these milestones, we look forward to sharing more updates as we continue to bring this vision of North Harbour to life.
